We got this recipe from a friend in our neighborhood (thanks Jenna). The kids love it and it's quick and easy. I've made modifications to make it a little easier for me to throw together. Rotisserie chicken is our go-to for pre-cooked chicken.

Ingredients
1 can
cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup
chunky salsa
2 cups
chicken, cook and shredded
2 cups
cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup
sour cream
8 cups
tortilla chips, slightly crushed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350*. In a bowl, combine soup, salsa, chicken, sour cream, and half of the cheese. Place chips on bottom of 8x11 pan, top with soup mix, and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until heated through.
